Bass player wanted to join Drum, rthym guitar vocalist and possibly slide guitarist/guitarist to form versatile cover band with gigs booked.

We are currently gigging in our present line up and have been for about 8 years. Sadly the band is breaking up. We have a firm foot in the door with weddings and corporate and would like to keep that going. We are also delving into original music utilising electronic sounds (ableton Live 7, pro tools). We have good gear - PA, foldback, guitar amps etc.

The person we are looking for will have vocals be male or female and share a passion for making music. we are currently a succesful cover band gigging 2-3-5 times a week. The applicant will need to fit in relatively quickly and be experienced playing live and of a calm disposition. experience with recording and operating computer based music would be a plus but not essential. Backing Vocal is almost essential. Good gear and own transport are obviously essential. We have gigged succesfully as a duo with no backing but would like to be able to rock it up with more ease when needed. If you live in or a planning to live in our area please drop me a PM .
